However it is stressing me out and causing anxiety; can't I just be... without the extra stuff? Each day I say a pray/meditate to ease my thoughts and so far so good. I am famous for me, I have a CD, I've been on T.V. and I've sung with and for very famous people. With all my goodness, faults and imperfections I am still me. I think it's true most people have trouble with mindfulness and sitting with their feelings and accepting reality for what it is, and accepting themselves for who they are. I know I struggle with all of these things. I think it's great how much you strive to improve yourself, and how much you study and learn. Your blog is very useful because you share not only your experiences, but what you are learning as a student of Buddhism.
